How to read this cast
Hexagram lines are counted from bottom (line 1) to top (line 6). Old Yin (6) and Old Yang (9) are moving lines. Moving lines transform into their opposite to generate the relating hexagram. Read primary hexagram first, then moving-line emphasis, then the relating hexagram as trajectory.
Cast modes
Modern mode uses three-coin mechanics. Traditional mode approximates yarrow-stalk weighting, which changes the frequency of moving lines.
